I have a unique blend of skills covering curriculum and program design, in-person and virtual facilitation, executive and leadership coaching and strategic and operational program management, to provide a full suite of leadership development consultancy services. 

Curriculum development & program design

I offer a structured approach to program design that creates a clear developmental arc aligned with specific program outcomes. My focus is on leveraging the collective wisdom of participants, offering opportunities for experiential learning, reflection, and peer discussion to ensure deep engagement and growth.

 

I’ve created and delivered impactful group coaching programs, learning modules, workshops and leadership programs for clients across various industries, including professional services, manufacturing, and transportation. Additionally, I’ve worked with state and federal government agencies and nonprofit organizations.

 

I am particularly passionate about building leadership capabilities that encourage a more humanistic approach to leadership. I focus mostly on building self-awareness around leadership identity, values alignment, purpose and resilience building habits, as well as inter-personal skills critical to effectively leading others; emotional intelligence, strategic mindset, employee engagement, coaching, feedback, accountability, leading across generations.

In-person & virtual facilitation

I offer facilitation services that create a warm, supportive environment where participants feel comfortable and encouraged to engage. My gentle approach helps build rapport quickly, establishing a safe space that invites active participation and open dialogue.

 

I facilitate multi-day leadership programs, extended group coaching programs and workshops, both in-person and virtually, using a combination of my own curriculum designs and/or provided materials. I thrive in collaborative settings, working alongside co-facilitators to deliver dynamic and impactful learning experiences.

 

The topics I cover are extensive and include leadership competencies such as leadership context, leading self, inter-personal skills, leading and developing people, strategic thinking, relationship building, communication, among others. 

 

I’ve worked with diverse clients, guiding directors, senior managers, and frontline leaders through meaningful discussions and growth opportunities. 

Executive & leadership coaching

I offer coaching services that prioritize building trusting relationships and creating a safe, supportive space for exploration. By leveraging my genuine curiosity, gentle challenge, and reflective inquiry, I help clients clarify who they are as leaders and what it takes to bring that vision to life.

 

With a keen ability to recognize and reflect back patterns, I support clients in cultivating expansive mindsets, developing resilience, enhancing communication skills, self-advocating, and setting boundaries. 

 

As a PCC credentialed coach with over 700 hours of 1:1 coaching, I have extensive experience coaching leaders from VP and Director to frontline managers, across a variety of organizations and sectors. I particularly enjoy coaching grounded in data from various personal   assessments, including Gallup Strengths, Insights Discovery, OPM Leadership 360.

Strategic & operational program management

I specialize in the strategic and operational management of leadership programs, having successfully led global and local initiatives throughout the course of my career. My focus is on developing and executing experiential leadership programs that create a transformation shift in leadership behavior.

 

I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse teams of senior stakeholders, building strong networks of trusted relationships both within organizations and with external facilitators and nonprofit leaders. This collaboration has been key to ensuring the alignment of program objectives with broader organizational goals and fostering a shared commitment to success.

 

My expertise lies in the development and execution of strategic objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, financial accountability, and knowledge sharing. I am committed to delivering programs that not only achieve results but also contribute to long-term organizational growth and leadership development. Through a combination of thoughtful planning and seamless execution, I help organizations create meaningful and sustainable learning experiences that have a lasting impact on leaders and teams alike.

ABOUT ME

I am a leadership development professional with a passion for creating and delivering meaningful learning experiences for mid-senior level leaders. I offer a warm, supportive facilitation and coaching style, along with a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to curriculum design and program management. I am committed to fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive excellence and continuous improvement. 

 

I have had a focus on leadership development since 2005, developing, delivering and managing leadership programs around the world. I have also been coaching since 2019, and have over 700 hours of experiencing coaching both one-on-one and in group settings.

 

I have worked with organizational and executive clients across a diverse range of sectors and have experience in a variety of industries including finance, professional services, higher education, transportation, federal and state government and non-profit.  

 

Prior to working in leadership development, I was a Chartered Accountant. I have more than 15 years of experience in global professional services firms, and bring the structure and detail orientation of my accountant roots to my approach to learning and development. I have a Masters in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado and completed the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. I hold a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation.  

 

Originally from Australia, I have lived and worked around the world and embrace my identity as a global citizen. I currently enjoy life with my husband and daughter, in Denver, Colorado. I served on the board of the Colorado Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, including as President from 2022-23 and have more than 5 years of board and volunteer experience with Girls on the Run of the Rockies.
